Fidby is committed to safeguarding your online privacy. Please read the following policy to understand how your Personally Identifiable Information is collected, used and disclosed by Fidby. Please note that this policy may change at any time without notice. By using Fidby's web-site, mobile services and applications ("Apps"), networks and other services and features (collectively, the "Services"), you are accepting the practices detailed in this Privacy Policy.
In this policy, Fidby ("We", "Us", etc.) refers to Fidby, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and any of their respective employees, agents, merchants, partners, third-party content providers or licensors, or any of their officers, directors, employees or agents.
Fidby does not sell or rent information that personally identifies you, such as your name or contact information (the "Personally Identifiable Information") under any circumstance, and we do not share information without prior consent, except when compelled by law. Fidby may also share aggregated or anonymized information in a form that does not directly identify you with any third parties.

1. What information does Fidby collect from you?

Fidby requires that users provide basic contact and demographic information such as first and last name, email address, mailing address (including your postal code or zip code), telephone number, date of birth, city of residence and other details or preferences. This information is required in order for you to fully benefit from all our Services.

2. How is the information Fidby collects used?

Personally Identifiable Information is used, first and foremost, to manage your account and to provide you with access to the Services. We may also use the information to notify you of updates of the Services and to send you newsletters, promotions, and information about the Services and about our partners and their services; to personalize your experience with us, to inform you if you are the winner of one of our contests, to enhance the operation of the Apps, to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze customer use, to improve our Service offerings, and to tailor your experience with third parties. For example, if you send an email to our customer service department, we may use your comments and feedback to tell others about our Services, or we may post your comment in our marketing materials or on the Apps. Fidby also allows users to send information about our Services and special offers to their friends and contacts. When running contests, for example, Fidby may ask for referrals to increase an entrant's odds of winning. Furthermore, when a friend uses our referral services we generally send the friend an email inviting them to check out our featured promotions, to register for our services, to participate in our contest or to visit the Apps. Fidby has no control over who receives these emails.
Please also note that if, at any time, you no longer wish to receive communications from Fidby, you can unsubscribe from our Services. In addition, if you use our Apps to send information or a product to another person, we may store your Personally Identifiable Information, and the Personally Identifiable Information of any recipient. We may also use that recipient's contact information to allow the recipient to access the information you requested we send. Finally, we may use Personally Identifiable Information to troubleshoot, to resolve disputes, to accomplish administrative tasks, to contact you, and to enforce our agreements with you, including our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, both of which comply with applicable law and act in accordance with law enforcement activities. This information may also be used for investigating cases of abuse or fraud by a Fidby user.

3. How we disclose or share Personally Identifiable Information with others?

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, Fidby does not rent, sell or share your Personally Identifiable Information collected through the Apps or Services with other people or non-affiliated companies without your consent. Fidby will share Personally Identifiable Information with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who work for us and need access to your information to do that work. Fidby will also share Personally Identifiable Information with affiliated businesses and third parties only as a requirement for fulfilling a service you have chosen. Sharing this information will allow an affiliated business to market directly to you should they choose to do so. However, we will only share Personally Identifiable Information with an affiliated business if you engage in an Identification Activity, in which case the information will only be shared with the affiliated business involved in that Identification Activity. Moreover, we will restrict the affiliated business' use of personally identifiable information in accordance with their assigned tasks, which are subject to the limitations of this Privacy Policy. In special cases, Fidby may access and disclose your Personally Identifiable Information when disclosing this information is necessary to comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal process or in case of an emergency to protect the personal safety of Fidby or any person. We may also disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the rights and property of Fidby, our agents, customers, users, and others including to enforce our agreements, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Fidby may also disclose or access Personally Identifiable Information for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, for customer service, and to improve our Services, as well as in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

4. Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

(1) Cookies, web beacons and pixel tags.

As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized services, Fidby may use Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that does not identify a specific end user. This type of information may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") of the website you visited before using the Apps, the URL of the website you visit after leaving the Apps, the type of browser or mobile device you are using, and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address. We, and/or our authorized third party service providers and advertisers, may automatically collect this information when you use the Apps through the use of electronic tools like cookies, web beacons, and pixel tags. We use Non-Personally Identifiable Information to troubleshoot, administer the Apps, analyze trends, gather demographic information, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities. We may also share this information with our authorized third party service providers and advertisers to measure the overall effectiveness of our online advertising, content, and programming. Cookies, web beacons and pixel tags also allow us to collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information from you, like where you are, which pages or mobile applications you visited and what links you clicked on. Use of this information helps us create a more user-friendly experience for all of our visitors by allowing us to measure and improve our understanding of visitor traffic and behavior, while also providing us with a means of measuring our performance and the success of our promotions. Advertisers that place offers on Fidby's Apps may also use their own cookies, web beacons and pixel tags, over which Fidby has no access or control. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies, web beacons and pixel tags by our Apps only and does not cover the use of same by any advertiser. Most Web browsers enable users to limit their exposure to cookies, web beacons and pixel tags by allowing users to adjust privacy settings. If a user has their cookies, web beacons and pixel tags disabled, some sections and services of Fidby may not perform as well as they normally would with cookies, web beacons and pixel tags enabled. Fidby may also collect IP addresses for system administration, to report aggregate information to our advertisers, and to prevent, investigate, and take actions in the case of suspected fraud or abuse.

(2) Other information.

We, and/or our authorized third party service providers and advertisers, may automatically collect consumer behavior information when you use the Apps and the Services and may, from time to time, share such Non-Personally Identifiable Information. By way of illustration and in a non-exhaustive manner, such information may include general consumer behavior information, user's buying patterns and data found on the receipts submitted to Fidby, including which Featured Products were purchased, the time and location of the purchase along with the details of the other items that were purchased at the same time as the Featured Product.

5. What else should you know?

Fidby may contain links to other websites or mobile applications. Please note that we are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these other websites or mobile applications. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of every website or mobile application that collects Personally Identifiable Information from you.


6. Public Areas:

We may provide areas on our Apps where you can publicly post information about yourself, communicate with others, or review products and submit media content. This information may be accessible to other consumers and/or companies. It may also appear on other websites and/or web searches, which also means that this information could be read, collected, and used by others. For example, if you post your email address along with a product review, you may receive unsolicited messages. We have no control over who reads your postings or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post, so please use caution when posting any Personally Identifiable Information.
